We are excited to begin processing our own asparagus grown on Arbre Farms' property in 2012. The asparagus at Arbre is usually harvested in early May until the 3rd week of June.

Carrots are one of our last products to go through the facility at the end of the season. Harvested in April and May, we usually begin to process the carrots into the many cuts in late September until early November.

There is no better site (or taste) then our cherry line. Fresh cherries coming in by the truckload and being pitted, frozen in our freeze tunnels, dropped in totes, and sent to the freezer. Such a smooth process for such a sweet product. Arbre Farms is excited to be producing cherries grown and harvested on location here at the plant.

Beans are a favorite to process among our employees due to the smooth process through the plant. Usually harvested between early July and mid September, we offer green, wax, and Italian beans.

We process all our peas within a 10-15 day time frame which is a busy period here at Arbre Farms in mid June.
